This is the Circular issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F.36(35)/Cord./Div.Com/Pt.File/2011/75 on dated 18/01/2013 regarding checking unauthorized construction and removal of encroachment. The role of the STF and the SDMs should be confined to removal of enroachment on Gaon Sabha land. The STF should not check and remove unauthorized construction within the municipal jurisdiction except on Gaon Sabha Land.
