This Corrigendum issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F.1(335)/Regn.Branch/Div.Com/HQ/2012/54 on dated 16/01/2013 regarding that all the SDMs/Collector of Stamps where informed that the Govt. has rejected the request of DMRC to grant exemption from payment of Stamp Duty on Various instruments made between the DMRC and the private firms/companies in respect of commercial properties of DMRC.
