Procedure for Registration of Sale Deed/Gift Deed/Rent Agreement/Lease Deed and any other document in Sub Registrar Office.

Hello, Today I am explaining you What’s the Process and documents required for Registration of Sale Deed/Gift Deed/Lease Deed or any other deed in Delhi.

Step 1

In This Step First of all we need some documents as mentioned below :-

  • Copy of Aadhar Card & Pan Card of both Seller & Purchaser
  • Electricity/Water/Gas Bill of Subjected Property which is under transfer
  • Two Passport Size Photos of both Seller & Purchaser
  • Photocopy of Previous Title Documents alongwith Front & Back Side
  • Email ID & Mobile Number of Purchaser
  • Sketch of Building on A4 Paper
  • Two Witness Aadhar Card

Step 2

After Completion of the above said Documents you need a E-Stamp Paper & E-Registration Fees.

In Delhi the following Stamp Duty is payable on Sale Consideration Amount

And after calculation of Stamp Duty. You will have to buy E-Stamp Paper from Stock Holding Corporation of India or authorized Bank.

And thereafter you need a E-Registration Fees

Now, You have all the documents for futher process.

Step 3

After Completion of the above said documents. You need a Drafting of Document and Take Print on A4 Papers. And Make 2 Sets and thereafter take signatures of all the parties alongwith 2 Witness.

Thereafter Take an Appointment from the Sub Registrar Office by the following website i.e. http://srams.delhi.gov.in

And Take an Appointment with the concerned area Sub Registrar. 

Step 4

On the Date of Appointment Submit the above said documents in the concerned area Sub Registrar Office and appear with physical presence of all the parties alongwith Witness with Original Aadhar Card & Pan Card of all the parties in Sub Registrar office.

And after submission of your document. You Will receive a Cash Slip as a proof of submission of documents in Sub Registrar Office.

And after registration of your document you will receive a SMS on your Registered Mobile Number from the Sub Registrar Office “That your document is registered and ready for collect”.
When you receive this message kindly visit the Sub Registrar Office and handover the above said Cash Slip at reception counter and Finally Collect your Document.
