Noc Required for Registration of Sale Deed or Transfer Deed in Delhi

As per Order No.MISC./NOTI/2000/SK/4762 dated 02/12/2003, Mr. Sindhushree Khullar Pr. Secretary Revenue-cum-Divisional Commissioner passed an order in which “No transfer/Sale Deed is registered without NOC/Status report from Notification Branch.

This order was passed on the Basis of Honb’e High Court of Delhi in CWP No.6803/2000 titled Hardeep Chawla & Ors Vs DDA in respect of Property No.WZ-3539-40 Village Shukurpur has taken a serious view and directed to take action against the sub registrar who has registered the sale deed of the acquired land without getting NOC from the Notification Branch.
