1 Percent Increment of Stamp Duty in Delhi Properties

This is the Gazaette Notification, in which it is clearly mentioned that the Corporation Tax (Under Municipal Corporation of Delhi) is increased from 2% to 3% in case of female and 3% to 4% in case of male, if the Sale Consideration Amount is more than 25 Lakh.
