This is the Circular issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F1(5)/Regn.Branch/Div.Com./2005/270-290 on dated 01/06/2005 regarding in order to prevent such illegal transfer of land which lead to development of unauthorized colonies, it is hereby ordered that neither sale deeds nor General Power of Attorneys will be registered in respect of small plots of agricultural land for patently non-agricultural purposes.
