This Order issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F.1(179)/Regn.Br./Div.Com/part.file/47 on dated 08/02/2011 regarding allowed registration of instruments pertaining to conveyance/transfer of immovable private properties i.e. Sale Deed, Gift Deed, General Power of Attorney and other such related instruments etc., Situated in unauthorized regularized colonies in Delhi, is allowed subject to the completion of all the formalities in various enactments.
List of Unauthorized Regularized Colonies are enclosed herewith.
