• Photocopy of any Utility Bill (Electricity/Water/Gas)
• Two Sets of Drafting on A4 Paper
• E-Stamp Paper of Stamp Duty
• E-Registration Fees
• Form-A
• Registration Form
• Undertaking from Purchaser for House Tax Mutation
