This Order issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F-27/SDM/KJ/2010/97 on dated 30.03.2011 regarding ban the registration of transactions in respect of all structures that are unsupported with sanctioned building plans or, where such plans are shown to have been sanctioned by the competent authority, reveal majour structural deviations (i.e. non-compundable offences) from the sanctioned plans. The Vendor & Vendee shall also be required to furnish a certificate of structural safety issued by the competent authority.
