This is the Circular issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F.1(7)/Misc./SDM/(ND)2013/635 on dated 02/07/2015 regarding directed to all collector of Stamp (COS) Delhi, that all the Collector of Stamps are accordingly directed to collect the Stamp Duty/Additional Stamp Duty/Deficient Stamp Duty through E-Stamp Paper Only. Further Verification of the E-Stamp Certificate muse be done on system by locking the estamp for which User ID & Password was already given to all the Collector of Stamps. This Order Will reduce the unnecessary correspondence with Pay & Account Office & facilitate the public at large. In Case any Clarification, COS may contact SDM-II (HQ).
