This is the Circular issued by the Revenue Department of Delhi vide File No.F.1(73)/Regn.Br./Div Comm./2010/290 to 412 on dated 12/02/2015 regarding directions to all Sub Registrars to accept the E-Registration Fees Receipt issued by M/s Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd for the purpose of Charging Registration Fees leviable on registration of instruments. Further, the Sub Registrar will ensure genuiness of e-Registration fee receipt from website of SHCIL, they shall lock the concerned entry of registration fee on the website of SHCIL as they do in the case of E-Stamp.
